I received one email that looked like the one Robert posted and was sent
to me immediately after registration. Six hours later I received another
email, entitled "IGF Meeting APPROVAL CONFIRMATION : Ninth Annual IGF
Meeting on 02 September 2014", that read as follows:

---

You can view your registration details and download a copy of your
registration form here.

--- Badging ---

The badging desks will be open from Saturday, 30 August, 10:00 am.

Participants are encouraged to collect their badges as early as possible
after arrival in Istanbul, to avoid congestion.

Participants are required to go to the badging desks at the ICEC with a

If you haven't received a similar email, I would assume that something
