Some of you will know that over the weekend there has been a pre-meeting in Baku called "Best Bits" bringing together civil society groups to talk about enhanced collaboration among us. The revision of the International Telecommunication Regulations at WCIT was high up on the agenda as a fast-approaching potential threat and together the group has developed a statement http://igcaucus.org:9001/p/wcit_statement

*Many IRP groups were at the meeting and have signed on in their organisational capacity - but can we also sign on as a Coalition? I would like to - let me know what you think!*

Also - another reminder to feed in to our questionnaire about the future of the IRP: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/75TXGPL

AND another reminder that the main annual Internet Rights and Principles Coalition meeting will be happening on Friday 9 November at 09:00-10:30 in Room 7. Please join us!

Very best,
Dixie
