Dear all,
It is unfortunate that a country like France has decided not to approve
Mr. La Rue's report to the HRC on ICTs and free speech until there is
consensus that copyrights and trademarks are on an equal pedestal with
freedom of speech and expression: http://goo.gl/mLTG8

The list of 41 countries that approved the report:
Austria, Bosnia, Botswana, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia,
Czech Republic, Denmark, Djibouti, Guatemala, India, Indonesia, Israel,
Japan, Jordan, Lithuania, the Republic of Macedonia, Maldives,
Mauritius, Mexico, Moldova, Montenegro, Morocco, Netherlands, New
Zealand, Norway, Palestine , Peru, Poland, Senegal, South Africa,
Serbia, Sweden, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, United States,
and Uruguay.

Regards,
Pranesh
