[IRP] WSJ article on export control of spyware

Hi everyone,

just saw this article from wall street journal on a proposed bill to
control spyware through export control, but I don't have access to the full
article.

anyone here that's got access to wsj online?

As far as I know the US export control is quite effective, although the
list of "bad" countries is a bit biased of course..
