Hi all

At the risk of bombarding you with more information, please find attached the report that we have been working on on behalf of the coalition as discussed in previous meetings.  A number of people attending the regional IGFs have very kindly helped us to find out what was discussed there about human rights.  This is our global report.  Whilst it?s a bit late to make changes now (sorry.  we want to present at IGF), please do let us know if you have comments.
