[IRP] RESPONSE REQUIRED: Revising the Charter

Hi all,

Option 1 for me. For same reasons as the ones stated respectively by  
Marianne (stick to what was jointly agreed at our business meeting)  
and Sylvia ('the perfect is the enemy of the good'...).
