Thank you for the compliment. I am well aware the text is not ready,
as I said it was not intended to be - I just wanted to get the ball
rolling without further delay.
There're a number of issues that need not only refinement but
some argument as well - Parminder has already raised a few,
I'll comment on them in another message.
