[IRP] New on the list too....

Dear IRP'ers	

Another new one here. My name is Henrik Almstrom and I work for APC in
Johannesburg with a project developing an internet rights monitor and
with internet rights in general. As I believe that the IRP charter will
form the rights base for this project I am very interested and curious
about the developments of the charter :)

Also, I will be representing APC on the conference call on Wednesday so
hopefully I'll hear from a few of you then.
