Dear All
All those in's and of's! Whilst I understand Meryem's point about making
the *human* rights aspect clear and not reifying the internet, these
distinctions are all through the Charter. A title needs to be able to roll
off the tongue, able to be reiterated in spoken and written word. Not sure
about others but I find myself saying/writing 'IRP Charter' as the
shorthand hence the choice I made from the options.

"It is difficult to be sat on all day, every day, by some other creature,
without forming an opinion on them. On the other hand, it is perfectly
possible to sit all day, every day, on top of another creature and not have
the slightest thought about them whatsoever." (Douglas Adams)
