[IRP] IRP meeting - Geneva May 9th

Unfortunately I will be in Santiago Chile for a Global Voices meeting  
and will be unable to participate even remotely in real time. Would it  
be possible to share the document on the email list for feedback and  
discussion before and/or after that day? Or could notes of the day's  
discussion be distributed for further feedback?
