[IRP] (charter) next steps: planning and coordination meeting for the charter update/drafting

hi all,

thanks max, for being willing to have 2 meetings. so maybe for those of 
us at this side of the time zone, we could meet at the earlier time? or 
whomever who prefers the earlier time :)

which works out to:

CET: 9.00am
KL: 3pm
Islamabad: 1pm (hoping you'll have power supply fouad)
Bangalore: 12.30pm
