[IRP] Sign on letter for freedom of expression

First, a quick thanks to all those who have responded to this urgent  
call for support for the sign-on letter.

secondly, should you and/or your organization be able to sign-on to  
the letter - please let my colleague Paula Schriefer, as it is she -  
not I - who is coordinating the efforts.
