I am sharing the very sad news of the passing of Bertrand de La Chapelle, a member of the IRPC and a supporter of the Charter since its initial release in 2011.<br>

The funeral / mass service takes place today at 15.00 CET at the Church of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, in Paris.<br>
